MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Support in the recruitment
2. Handle the HR administration
3. Responsible for social HR
4. Handle the compensation & benefits scheme
5. Leave management
6. Ensure that all the reports are delivered on time

Desired Skills and qualifications:
1.Bachelor degree in human resources management, business administration, or related 2.fields Experience working in HR an advantage
3.Ability to form excellent working relationships with people at all levels
4.Good understanding/knowledge of employment law and employer best practice
5.Strong knowledge of MS Office
6.Excellent written and verbal communication skills
7.Good command in English and Kinyarwanda
